Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life through social media, content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in building brand awareness, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, supporting company events and trade shows, and helping execute marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is both creative and hands-on &mdash; someone who can generate ideas, create content, and execute projects from start to finish.This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and experience working with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot. Experience with Wix is also strongly preferred.Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing content creation work and social media accounts they have previously managed.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Manage and grow company social media platforms through strategic and engaging content</li><li>Create original content including graphics, short-form videos, photography, captions, and promotional materials</li><li>Plan, schedule, and maintain social media content calendars</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments as appropriate, and track performance metrics</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that aligns with brand messaging and company goals</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital channels</li><li>Utilize HubSpot for email marketing, automation, campaign tracking, and lead management</li><li>Support website updates and content management through Wix</li><li>Optimize digital content for SEO and overall online visibility</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate company events, trade shows, and promotional activities</li><li>Manage event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials, setup, and post-event follow-up</li><li>Assist with the creation of event signage, presentations, handouts, and promotional content</li><li>Support onsite event execution as needed</li></ul>Marketing Analytics &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Track campaign and social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Help manage marketing timelines, project tracking, and departmental organization</li><li>Support budget tracking and vendor coordination related to marketing initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred</li><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role</li><li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot required</li><li>Experience using Wix preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices</li><li>Experience creating engaging digital content including graphics, video, and written copy</li><li>Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred</li><li>Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or company promotions</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementCandidates advancing beyond the initial phone screening will be asked to provide a portfolio of relevant marketing and creative work, including examples of social media accounts they&rsquo;ve managed, content creation, campaigns, graphics, and/or video work.
