Qualifications:<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S., D.M.D., or equivalent degree.</li><li>
Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and free of restrictions.</li><li>
Current DEA certificate.</li><li>
Certified in BLS and AED and maintain recertification per licensure requirements.</li><li>
Successful completion of credentialing process</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to patients of all ages</li><li>
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions</li><li>
Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene practices</li><li>
Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dentures</li><li>
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care</li><li>
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements</li></ul>
