Essential Responsibilities:
Website Design &amp; UX:<ul><li>
Elevate styles and treatments with fresh ideas.</li><li>
Implement UX improvements to optimize usability, engagement, and conversion.</li><li>
Design marketing-focused landing pages to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.</li><li>
Execute UI/visual design for web, email, landing pages, and other digital assets.</li><li>
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.</li></ul>
Digital &amp; Print Marketing Assets:<ul><li>
Create digital and print marketing assets, including email and social graphics, 1-pagers, presentations, and other collateral.</li><li>
Contribute to branding projects, iconography, and illustration work.</li><li>
Support annual expo design needs during peak periods, including large-scale signage, trade show booths, and event collateral.</li></ul>
Brand &amp; Strategic Collaboration:<ul><li>
Maintain and evolve the brand&rsquo;s visual identity across digital and print.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, marketing, design, development, and other teams for cohesive execution.</li><li>
Bring strategic, marketing, and user-centered thinking to all design decisions.</li><li>
Iterate designs using stakeholder and research feedback to continually enhance results.</li></ul>
Qualities We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Curiosity: Driven to understand the &ldquo;why&rdquo; behind every project; proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in ambiguity.</li><li>
Analyze: Able to explore complex challenges, identify gaps and opportunities, and simplify solutions.</li><li>
Iterate: Proven track record of refining designs based on feedback and research.</li><li>
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect design decisions to marketing, business, and user/customer goals.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience with an Associate&rsquo;s Degree and/or certified training).</li><li>
5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (acquisition, upsell, conversion), web/UI/UX work, landing pages, and print projects.</li><li>
Expertise in Figma (component libraries, asset optimization, collaboration).</li><li>
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).</li><li>
Strong understanding of web and email design fundamentals, responsive design, and UX best practices.</li><li>
Experience working with design systems (building them is a plus).</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Proven project management skills, able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines with transparent communication.</li><li>
Ability to deliver high-quality, creative designs within constraints.</li></ul></div>

Position Overview
PartsStore is redefining how aviation professionals&rsquo; source and sell aircraft parts. As Director of Sales, you&rsquo;ll lead the expansion of our next-generation e-commerce platform &mdash; driving seller acquisition, marketplace revenue, and engagement across a global aviation ecosystem.
Reports to: Vice President of Sales Operations
Department: Marketplace Sales &amp; Partnerships
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the seller acquisition and activation strategy, achieving GMV, subscription, and retention targets.</li><li>
Build, manage, and convert a qualified pipeline of aviation sellers (OEMs, MROs, distributors, operators).</li><li>
Execute territory and vertical expansion plans, leveraging outbound prospecting, partnerships, and trade events.</li><li>
Deliver consultative sales presentations and ROI-based business cases aligned to each seller&rsquo;s revenue goals.</li><li>
Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and seasonal inventory promotions.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Support to streamline onboarding and seller satisfaction.</li><li>
Provide market intelligence to guide product enhancements, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.</li><li>
Represent PartsStore at key industry conferences and trade events as a brand ambassador.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of B2B sales experience in aviation parts, logistics, or online marketplaces.</li><li>
Proven track record of exceeding sales and GMV targets within a defined territory or vertical.</li><li>
Expertise in aviation parts sourcing, inventory management, and MRO supply chain dynamics.</li><li>
Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.</li><li>
Experience with CRM, analytics, and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or OroCRM).</li><li>
Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 25% for seller visits and trade events.</li></ul>
