</div><div><b>The Job </b><b>at a Glance</b></div><div>
As an Inside Service Technician (also known as a Tech Wizard), you will directly communicate with end users and field technicians to provide technical support over the phone and/or via email to assist in repairs on warranty and non-warranty hot side foodservice equipment! After completing the onboarding process, you will also have an opportunity to earn all Commercial Food Service Equipment Service Association (CFESA) certifications.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
A Typical Day</b></div><ul><li>
Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>
Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or via email (30+ cases per day)</li><li>
Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
</li><li>Maintain all customer call information into a company database to better assist future inquiries
</li><li>Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
To Land This Opportunity</b></div><ul><li>
You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling)
</li><li>You&rsquo;re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)</li><li>
You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home</li><li>
You&rsquo;re confident using a computer and navigating programs such as MS Word &amp; Outlook
</li><li>You&rsquo;re passionate about troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to difficult problems</li><li>
You have the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented atmosphere</li><li>
You are available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>

Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. The Video Content Specialist will be part of our SEO &amp; Content Marketing Team, creating and optimizing video content across Parts Town properties and channels. You will partner with our Video Content Strategist and Creative Team to produce high-quality videos that increase visibility in organic and AI search, drive engagement on our YouTube channels and build brand authority. A Typical Day</b></div><br>

Generate high-quality, relevant video and article content for varying audiences and own the end-to-end content creation process.</li><li>
Collaborate and provide guidance on creating video content with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices always in mind.</li><li>
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, competitor analysis and audience research to identify video content gaps and drive production planning.</li><li>
Distribute and amplify content via Parts Town web properties, YouTube channels, social media and relevant industry websites.</li><li>
Develop, implement and provide detailed analytics and reporting of our video content.</li><li>
Film and edit video content as needed, both in‑office and on location with company partners and customers.</li><li>
Provide innovative solutions to meet objectives, while leveraging AI and modern tools to optimize workflows and enhance content creation.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
To Land This Opportunity</b></div><ul><li>
You have 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing and/or video production (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field is strongly preferred).</li><li>
You have strong writing skills to craft video scripts, articles, project briefs and description copy.</li><li>
You have experience producing, directing and filming videos, demonstrating a decent grasp of composition, framing, lighting and storytelling through visuals.</li><li>
You have solid understanding of video editing techniques (i.e. pacing, color grading, sound design), creating motion graphics or animations and recording, editing or mixing audio.</li><li>
You are familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar editing software, such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.</li><li>
You can manage and organize raw footage, project files and digital assets.</li><li>
You are comfortable using generative AI tools for ideation, research and content creation, such as OpenAI (ChatGPT, Sora), Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Studio (Veo, Gemini, Notebook), Perplexity, Claude, Canva, etc.</li><li>
You are familiar with analytics reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.</li><li>
You have experience with CMS platforms, such as CoreMedia, WordPress, Joomla, HubSpot or Magento.</li><li>
You have a passion for digital marketing and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, content marketing, YouTube, SEO, AEO and GEO.</li><li>
You have strong project management and organizational skills - demonstrated through your ability to think on your feet, work with limited resources and manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.</li><li>
You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly pick up new skills and learn new tasks.</li><li>
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and pay close attention to detail.</li><li>
You are comfortable traveling for on-location video shoots (5-10 times a year).</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
