<div>Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Entry-Level Fabricator (Metal &amp; Wood) to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll design and build custom wood products, furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures from raw materials to finished pieces. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Fabricating metal/plastic/wood/composite components using basic tools and equipment</li>
<li>Draw, read and/or interpret basic shop drawings and work orders</li>
<li>Follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure product accuracy</li>
<li>Operate basic machinery such as saws, grinders, and drills (training provided)</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications</li>
<li>Perform sanding, gluing, clamping, and finishing tasks as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment</li>
<li>Load, unload, and organize materials and products</li>
<li>Support team members in various tasks as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards</li>
<li>Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of hand tools and woodworking equipment</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to do hands-on work</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude</li>
</ul>
Preferred but Not Required:
<ul>
<li>Experience in welding, fabricating, woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or related trade</li>
<li>Knowledge of different materials, i.e. metals, wood, etc.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CNC routers or CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD)</li></ul></div>
