Party Zone LLC is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) accounts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with assigned HORECA clients.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and account receivables.</li><li>Upsell and promote new product launches or seasonal collections to clients.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new accounts, documentation, and sample sharing.</li><li>Prepare client proposals, order confirmations, and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.</li><li>Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales coordination or client service, ideally in HORECA.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Female candidates preferred</li><li>Based in Dubai with valid Driving License.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of sales experience in HORECA ?</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving license (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
