We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven B2C Operations &amp; Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, drive sales conversions, and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Handle inbound &amp; outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, chat, email).</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend the right products/services.</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.</li><li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly with potential customers.</li><li>Cross-sell and upsell based on customer profiles.</li></ul>B2C Operations<ul><li>Manage the complete order/booking lifecycle&mdash;from inquiry to fulfillment.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, vendor partners).</li><li>Ensure timely execution of customer requests and issue resolutions.</li><li>Track bookings, cancellations, modifications, and refunds accurately.</li><li>Monitor daily operational workflows and escalate issues when needed.</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service through smooth communication.</li><li>Handle grievances calmly and professionally, ensuring quick solutions.</li><li>Collect post-service feedback and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with customers to improve retention.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM tools.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.</li><li>Track KPIs like lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in B2C sales, customer support, or operations.</li><li>Strong communication skills (English + local language).</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.</li><li>Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in hospitality, events, e-commerce, or service-based industries.</li><li>Negotiation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Basic data analysis for sales and customer insights.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
