Carry out the following assigned jobs given by your superior according to your privilege.CARRYING OUT PATIENT CARE:-&Oslash; Monitoring the patient daily progress.&Oslash; Plan and provide the basic care according to the priority needs of the patients&Oslash; Maintain personal hygiene of the patients.&Oslash; Administration of medication(IM Injection, IV Injection, oral medication, ryles tube)&Oslash; IV cannula insertion (IV injection).Start IV fluid via Dig infusa, syringe pump, manual etc&Oslash; Ryles tube insertion, Ryles tube feeding&Oslash; Folley&rsquo;s catheter insertion,&Oslash; Providing care to the patients&middot; catheter care,&middot; perineal care,&middot; mouth care,&middot; eye care,&middot; nail care&middot; back care&middot; position changing&middot; tracheostomy care and suctioning&middot; according to need of the patient&Oslash; Monitoring the patient through cardiac monitor, connecting ventilator and monitoring patients.&Oslash; Assisting for endo tracheal procedure, tracheotomy procedure&Oslash; Assisting in suturing&Oslash; Assisting for central line insertion and Assisting for ICD&Oslash; Gastro jejunostomy feeding&Oslash; IV parenteral feeding&Oslash; Minor and major wound dressing&Oslash; Assisting for application of POP/ traction&Oslash; Care of patients with traction&Oslash; Care of Patient with POP&Oslash; Ensuring physiotherapy of patients&Oslash; Ensuring proper blood transfusion&Oslash; Proper shifting of patients from stretcher to bed and vice versaHandling Medical equipmentso Syringe pumpo Infusion pumpo Defibrillatoro Suction Apparatuso Pulse oximetero Nebulizero Cardiac monitoro VentilatorDOCUMENTATION:-&middot; Strictly follows the hospital rules, regulations and policies&middot; Proper maintenance of case sheets&middot; Proper documentation of nurses report&middot; Taking rounds with Doctors and carry out instructions<ul><li>Take responsibility of admission and discharge of the patient.</li><li>Daily checking of all the equipments, O2 &amp; Checklist to be maintained</li><li>Checks all drugs and equipments daily and assist in maintaining the inventory and check no expiry or near expiry drugs are exchanged in time</li><li>Getting proper consent from the patient/ patient&rsquo;s attender</li></ul>&middot; Verifies that all equipments and alarms are in working condition<ul><li>Inform any breakage or damage caused to the equipments</li></ul>&middot; All files and registers are to be maintained as per policy on daily basis<ul><li>Report any incident to the Ward In charge and Nursing Supervisor</li></ul>ATTENDANCE AND GROOMING:-<ul><li>Punctuality should be maintained</li><li>Leaves should be informed in advance</li><li>Coats should be clean and tidy</li><li>Follows proper grooming standards as framed by the Management</li><li>Wears ID card while on duty</li></ul>COMMUNICATION:-&middot; Proper handing over should be given to the next shift nurses<ul><li>Ensures proper handing and taking over of patients</li></ul>&middot; Clear and comprehensive in transferring and sharing the information (written &amp; oral) about patients to Doctors and Colleagues&middot; Maintains good interpersonal relationship with patients, their relatives and hospital staffSAFETY PRECAUTIONS:-<ul><li>Following universal precaution and barrier nursing</li><li>Strictly follow the hand washing techniques</li><li>Strictly avoid wastage of your stationery items in the unit.</li><li>Creates safe environment in the ward</li><li>Report any losses and breakage in the unit without fail</li><li>Assist in maintaining a infection free area by periodic fumigation.</li></ul>Strictly follow the biomedical waste management procedures.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
