Your Impact: Execute with Precision &amp; Integrity</b></div><div><i>
You will provide operational and analytical support for union and non-union compensation programs across the enterprise.</i></div><ul><li><b>
Process Job &amp; Pay Actions:</b> Review and process job requisitions, offers, Personnel Action Notices (PANs), and union rate adjustments for compliance with policies and guidelines.</li><li><b>
Maintain Job Architecture:</b> Initiate, track, and finalize workflows for new and revised job descriptions. Review, edit, and update job content to align with classification standards.</li><li><b>
Ensure Compliance:</b> Perform audits to validate alignment with compensation program guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li><b>
Support Market Competitiveness:</b> Gather market data, participate in salary surveys, and prepare initial market pricing recommendations.</li></ul><div><b>
Strengthen Systems, Reporting &amp; Program Quality</b></div><div><i>
Your analytical mindset will support program effectiveness and process improvement.</i></div><ul><li><b>
Salary Survey Participation:</b> Prepare and submit salary survey data files accurately and on time.</li><li><b>
Documentation &amp; Controls:</b> Maintain and update compensation process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and audit readiness.</li><li><b>
Reporting &amp; Data Management:</b> Prepare and distribute reports, charts, and data files; support data validation for merit and incentive programs.</li><li><b>
System Support:</b> Assist with HR system configuration, testing, and data preparation for compensation cycles and mass updates.</li><li><b>
Manager Enablement:</b> Contribute to compensation-related training materials and communications.</li></ul><div><b>
What You Bring</b></div><div><i>
You are highly organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining the integrity of compensation data.</i></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in related field preferred</li><li>
3+ years of compensation, HR operations, or high-volume transactional data management experience</li><li>
Experience creating or revising job descriptions preferred</li><li>
Experience participating in and utilizing private industry market data preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of compensation processes and salary survey participation</li><li>
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook</li></ul><div><b>
