 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a&nbsp;Healthcare Attorney&nbsp;with strong experience representing healthcare providers and organizations. This is a client-facing role where you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping business leaders navigate both day-to-day legal needs and long-term strategic initiatives.
 
 
 The position is designed for someone who thrives in a&nbsp;general counsel capacity&mdash;comfortable balancing regulatory counseling with business transactions, and who values being part of the client&rsquo;s growth story. You will have direct interaction with clients&rsquo; executive teams, contribute to high-impact decisions, and enjoy the support of a close-knit firm that values your expertise.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as primary or supporting counsel to healthcare clients, advising on operational, transactional, and compliance matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including management agreements, provider agreements, employment agreements, and vendor contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on healthcare regulatory issues, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, EMTALA, licensing, and state/federal compliance frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clients through transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services across practice areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide practical, business-oriented advice tailored to each client&rsquo;s goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Texas Bar License
 
 &nbsp;(Required).
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;8 years of law practice with&nbsp;
 
 demonstrated healthcare law experience
 
 &nbsp;(required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with hospitals, physician groups, FECs, ASCs, or healthcare startups preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to high ethical standards, teamwork, and continuous growth.
 </li>
