OBJECTIVE

Support the sixstepsrecords team and artists by carrying out marketing and digital media strategy, tasks and coordination of projects in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. The Marketing Manager will lead ideation and execution across all facets of marketing &mdash; digital, experiential, and strategic partnerships &mdash; ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful audience engagement for sixsteps artists. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that integrate digital, experiential, media and partnership strategies</li><li>
Oversee social media coordination for all sixsteps artists<ul><li>
Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content</li><li>
Communicate with team and artists on schedule and upcoming relevant needs</li><li>
Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts</li></ul></li><li>
Coordinate with promoters and team for all tour and event marketing efforts, including both digital and on-the-ground activations</li><li>
Liaise with Capitol CMG digital team for all marketing and communication efforts</li><li>
Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts</li><li>
Oversee all artist and label websites and social media platforms (SEO, analytics, updates)</li><li>
Manage email lists</li><li>
Research, design, and send emails for campaigns</li><li>
Regularly aggregate and send reports to team and artists (marketing + social media reports etc)</li><li>
Initiate and implement interactive and experiential marketing strategies that deepen audience engagement</li><li>
Create and oversee ad campaigns across multiple platforms</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent band messaging across all touchpoint</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with marketing experience.
