Strong communication and ability to effectively work with clients and a desire to ensure a positive experience for the customer is core to being successful in the role._ INSIDE SALES _ _ (Passion Lighting) _Job Description The Inside Sales associate is primarily focused on assisting retail clients. In addition, they provide the builder sales team with support services while developing the ability to directly sell and support builders and designers.Job Responsibilities As an Inside Sales associate, you are responsible for supporting the selling of lighting and fan products to retail customers. The role will also provide support to the builder and designer sales team to allow the individual to grow within the sales team. Working in a well maintained showroom environment, the Inside Sales associate will be expected to follow direction from lead builder sales team staff; supporting the processes in all aspects for selecting products including finish, type and sizing; price same product and develop complete and accurate orders; maintain relationships with current and previous professionals, and provide excellent support and industry insight when requested.Other responsibilities for the Inside Sales will include:&#61623; Greet customers in a professional, timely manner throughout the workday, ensuring a total positive experience&#61623; An ability to support retail customers with a wide variety of needs&#61623; Develop and then continually increase level of professional knowledge about lighting and fan products in order to better sell to and service professionals and their clients&#61623; Completing all aspects of lighting orders and confirming material arrival and delivery&#61623; Develop an in-depth understanding of Windward business system&#61623; Following up on orders including status, availability and communicate same effectively with client and customers&#61623; Communicate effectively and professionally with all Passion Lighting personnel as well as prospective customers and clientsJob Requirements Our most successful Salespeople have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard-work to build their member base.
