Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.</li><li>Create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, product walkthroughs, before/after transformations).</li><li>Develop and maintain monthly content calendars focused on interior design, furniture, styling, and store highlights.</li><li>Conduct product shoots inside the showroom to showcase collections and new arrivals.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Marketing Strategy<ul><li>Build digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract walk-in customers.</li><li>Plan and execute campaigns around new collections, festive sales, and interior themes.</li><li>Research industry trends, competitors, and inspirations from global interior brands.</li><li>Work closely with the management and design team to align marketing with brand aesthetics.</li></ul>Customer Engagement &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.</li><li>Drive leads for walk-ins, appointments, and interior project inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers and interior designers for partnerships and promotions.</li></ul>Performance Tracking<ul><li>Monitor social analytics (reach, engagement, audience growth, conversions).</li><li>Manage paid ads on Meta/Google to boost product awareness and footfall.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years experience in digital marketing/social media management (interior, furniture, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of interior d&eacute;cor aesthetics and visual styling.</li><li>Skilled in photography, videography, Canva/Adobe/CapCut.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online brand positioning.</li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
