Store Manager plays a crucial role at the core of our store operations, focusing on identifying practical problems and devising effective solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Store Management: Oversee the smooth daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.</li><li>Personnel Management: Handle employee hiring, scheduling, training, and development to maximize team performance and morale.</li><li>Facility Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with appropriate vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.</li><li>Issue Reporting &amp; Task Execution: Upon identifying operational issues, provide an initial report to Senior Management and execute assigned follow-up tasks as directed.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Logistics: Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor supply chain processes to ensure product availability.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.</li><li>Strong Sense of Responsibility and dedication.</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading a team and fostering a positive work environment.</li><li>Prior experience in Retail or Service Operations/Management is preferred.</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp; Conditions<ul><li>Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week</li><li>Work Location: Must be available to travel between store locations as needed.</li><li>Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on either Saturday or Sunday.</li><li>Holiday Availability: Must be available to work on holidays.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Starting annual salary of $52,000 during a 4-month probationary period, increasing to $60,000 upon successful conversion to regular employee status.
