About this Role:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
We're seeking an experienced <b>Web Developer </b>to join our Engineering team. This role involves building and maintaining websites, web-based applications, and internal tools that support customer-facing portals, marketing initiatives, and business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant web solutions aligned with business goals.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and maintain our primary website and modern web applications</li><li>
Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate services and applications</li><li>
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code and documentation</li><li>
Optimize website and application performance focusing on Core Web Vitals and page speed</li><li>
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>
Work within Agile development workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and sprint planning</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>
3+ years of professional web development experience</li><li>
Strong proficiency in PHP and WordPress development (theme/plugin customization, Roots/Bedrock framework, Gutenberg blocks)</li><li>
Experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript with Node.js and NPM (or similar) package manager and bundlers like Webpack or Vite</li><li>
Experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma for UI handoff, prototyping, and component alignment</li><li>
Solid understanding of frontend frameworks including Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap</li><li>
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization techniques</li><li>
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling</li><li>
Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows</li><li>
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA) and ADA compliance</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical team members</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Nice to Have:
</b></h3><ul><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, React Testing Library, or similar)</li><li>
Familiarity with Static Site Generators (SSGs) such as Astro, Hugo, or Jekyll</li><li>
Understanding of web security principles including SSL/TLS, cryptography, secure authentication, OWASP Top 10 guidelines, and GDPR compliance</li><li>
Knowledge of .NET and C# for API development and management</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 for authentication and authorization</li><li>
Experience with Docker and containerization concepts for development and deployment</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Competitive Base Salary:</b> $105,000 - $120,000 based on experience and location.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
