We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter Helper to join our team. This role supports our lead carpenters on a variety of residential and/or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and installing materials</li><li>Carry, load, and organize tools, lumber, and job materials</li><li>Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision</li><li>Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized</li><li>Help with framing, demolition, trim work, and general carpentry tasks</li><li>Follow instructions and work closely with the carpentry team</li><li>Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and clients</li><li>Assist with various drainage and erosion control projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous construction, drainage, erosion or carpentry experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor</li><li>Basic knowledge of tools and job-site safety</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
