Job Title: Graphic DesignerJob Location: Bangalore &ndash; Work From Office (WFO)Job Type: Full-TimeShift Timings: Day Shift (Exact working hours will be shared during the interview process)Salary Package: As per experience and skill level (Exact compensation to be discussed during screening/interview)Job Role &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design high-quality visual creatives for social media and digital brand campaigns.</li><li>Create marketing and communication assets for digital-first platforms.</li><li>Design creatives for performance advertising on Meta and Google.</li><li>Support creation of brand decks, pitch materials, and internal presentations.</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across brand identity systems and campaigns.</li><li>Translate design briefs into clean, effective visual outputs with attention to detail.</li><li>Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback constructively.</li><li>Support campaign-led and performance-driven creative requirements as part of a larger team.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate or Diploma in Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory)Experience: 0&ndash;3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Agency or brand-side experience both acceptable)Language: Basic to good English communicationCore Skills:<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition</li><li>Ability to understand briefs and execute with minimal supervision</li></ul>Additional Skills (Good to Have):<ul><li>Exposure to performance ad creatives</li><li>Interest in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Ideogram, Gemini, etc.)</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics</li><li>Curiosity to learn and adapt to new creative technologies</li></ul>Work Setup &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Work From Office role (Bangalore)</li><li>Exposure to multiple brands and industries</li><li>Opportunity to work on both brand-led and campaign-led creatives</li><li>Collaborative environment with marketing, strategy, and creative teams</li><li>Learning-oriented culture with room to experiment and grow</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
