Manager-Business Development

Job Description&middot; Willing to travel project location&middot; Manage and execute BMS projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.&middot; Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.&middot; Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.&middot; Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.&middot; Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.&middot; Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during project execution.&middot; Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.&middot; Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.&middot; Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for BMS/HVAC systems.&middot; Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and as-built records.&middot; Programming the DDC and commission as per the requirementsRequirements&middot; Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems and components, including automation systems, and electromechanical devices.&middot; Strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS systems, equipment, and components.
