Purpose &amp; Need</b></h3><div>
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position is available in our Tampa (Temple Terrace), Tampa (Carrollwood), or Orlando office(s). The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for proposal content and presentation materials. Strong writing, communication, organizational and time-management skills are imperative, as they will coordinate with all the members of the pursuit team&mdash;both internal and external. This individual is also comfortable operating under firm deadlines and has a strong attention to detail. Through overall pursuit operations support, they will be learning the ins and outs of transportation engineering industry, proposal production, and other communications skills. Reporting to one of PGA&rsquo;s marketing managers, this position comes with unlimited potential for career growth.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><div><ul><li>
Support and/or facilitate pursuit efforts including scheduling and progress tracking, document layout, internal and external coordination, and more</li><li>
Resume development and updates for all engineering staff tailored to each pursuit</li><li>
 Assist with resumes, organization charts and staff hours for Project Request for Information Packages (PRIP) and Automated Fee Proposal (AFP) packages</li><li>
Ensure relevant pursuit, contact, project, firm, and employee data up to date in the company&rsquo;s CRM</li><li>
Address subconsultant requests</li><li>
Monitor FDOT planned advertisements, current advertisements, and selection website for updates</li><li>
Monitor FDOT Consultant Acquisition Plan website for updates, as requested</li><li>
Monitor municipal capital improvement plans for potential target projects, as requested</li><li>
Review previous shortlist interview and presentation recordings for insight and competitive review</li><li>
Support capture plan development for potential target clients</li><li>
Prepare forms and provide printing, binding, and production-related support for proposals</li><li>
Engage in professional and/or community organizations to promote the firm</li><li>
Support the Marketing Group with any miscellaneous tasks, as necessary</li></ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></h3><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field</li><li>
Post-graduation experience of 1+ years</li><li>
Related experience may be considered instead of the required education

Marketing Coordinator

<div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Purpose &amp; Need</b></h3><p>
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a CEI Project Administrator. This position is available in our Sarasota or Tampa offices. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) teams on FDOT and other client projects, under the direction of the Senior Project Engineer (SPE). This role oversees contractor construction activities to ensure work is performed in reasonable conformance with contract plans, specifications, and applicable standards. Expectations demand regular coordination with clients, contractors, and internal staff, including leading meetings, mentoring junior personnel, and supporting or serving in the SPE role as needed. This position supports career growth and leadership within a firm committed to elevating both communities and its people.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Responsible for the day-to day supervision and management of a CEI team on FDOT and other client projects under the direction of the Senior Project Engineer (SPE)</li><li>
Monitor contractor&rsquo;s on-site construction activities and materials entering a work site to determine that projects are constructed in reasonable conformance with the client&rsquo;s construction contract</li><li>
Perform construction administration duties to document contractor&rsquo;s daily operations per FDOT&rsquo;s Construction Project Administration Manual, other industry standards, and the SPE
</li><li>Interpret contract plans and specifications in a fair and impartial manner
</li><li>Exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of staffing and construction related work problems.</li><li>
Keep current with FDOT&rsquo;s processes and controls as well as developing internal processes and controls to effectively manage projects, and office/field staff</li><li>
Maintain daily contact with client, contractors, and staff to discuss project activities</li><li>
Attend and chair meetings with client and contractors</li><li>
Assist the Senior Project Engineer with tasks and be able to fill this role as needed</li><li>
Supervise, cooperate, mentor and train junior level staff</li><li>
Other duties as required by your direct supervisor</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></h3><ul><li>
Civil Engineering degree plus 2 years of engineering experience in construction of major roads and/or bridge structures</li><li>
OR for non-degreed personnel 8 years of responsible and related engineering experience, 2 years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures</li><li>
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
Must be practical and solution-oriented</li><li>
Must have superb interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator able to relay information concisely to all types of stakeholders.</li><li>
Public speaking skills, and the ability to be comfortable and confident when engaging in public speaking, is a plus.
</li><li>CTQP Final Estimates Level I and II</li><li>
FDOT Advanced MOT</li><li>
Attend CTQP Quality Control Manager course and pass the examination</li><li>
Complete the Critical Structures Construction Issues, Self-Study Course, and submit the mandatory Certification of Course Completion form (for structures projects).</li><li>
Other certifications as required by client contracts</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
