Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our criminal and traffic defense team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advocating for clients in a courtroom setting.Duties<ul><li>Represent clients in civil traffic and criminal hearings statewide.</li><li>Represent clients in Injunctions Against Harassment and Orders of Protection matters,</li><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.</li><li>Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases while managing a caseload independently.</li><li>Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients regarding case progress.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and provide updates on legal strategies and developments.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Admission to the Arizona state bar.</li><li>Experience or coursework in criminal defense.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for legal drafting and documentation purposes.</li><li>Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>We look forward to welcoming a motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to grow professionally while making a positive impact on our clients' lives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
