We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the firm&rsquo;s presence in domestic and international markets. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of legal and intellectual property (IP) services, and the ability to identify new business opportunities within the legal industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities for legal and IP services (Trademarks, Copyright, Patents, Contracts, Compliance, etc.).</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, startups, and industry partners.</li><li>Manage client communications, proposals, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential sectors, and competitors in the legal services domain.</li><li>Assist in formulating and implementing business growth strategies aligned with firm goals.</li><li>Work closely with the management team to create marketing and outreach plans for new service offerings.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with internal legal, IP, and operations teams to align business goals with service delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and conversions in CRM or business tracking tools.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements to prospective clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue.</li><li>Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the firm&rsquo;s expertise</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
