<div>This is a remote role, but eligible candidates must reside in one of the following states: IN, MI, IL, OH, KY, TN, MN, MA, FL, GA, PA 
 
Ocassional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN, or to client engagements. 
 
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $62,500, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends to $80,000. 
Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is looking for an Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and moving work forward. At Pathfinders, our AEs aren&rsquo;t order-takers; they&rsquo;re the face of the agency for their clients. In this role, you&rsquo;ll own day-to-day client communications, manage projects across multiple channels, and make sure everything we deliver is on time, on budget, and on brand.

What you will do, in greater detail:

Client Relationships
<ul><li>Build and maintain trust with clients through proactive engagement 
</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, brands, and competitors 
</li>
<li>Anticipate needs and identify opportunities for client growth and satisfaction 
</li>
</ul></li><li>Day-to-Day Communications
<ul><li>Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear, timely updates</li>
<li>Translate client feedback and requests into actionable steps for internal teams 
</li>
<li>Provide a point of view in discussions &mdash; connecting client objectives to agency recommendations 
</li>
</ul></li><li>Brand Management 
<ul><li>Ensure all work meets brand standards and strategic objectives 
</li>
<li>Partner with creative and channel teams to align deliverables with client goals 
</li>
<li>Stay current on client industries and share insights that add value 
</li>
</ul></li><li>Project Timeline &amp; Budget Tracking
<ul><li>Develop and manage project plans; monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs 
</li>
<li>Proactively flag risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track 
</li>
<li>Prepare scopes of work (SOWs), change orders, and billing with accuracy 
</li>
</ul></li><li>Internal &amp; External Meetings 
<ul><li>Lead and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and working sessions with confidence</li>
<li>Facilitate collaboration across agency teams, ensuring alignment and accountability</li>

What we&rsquo;d like to see in a strong candidate:
<ul>
<li>BSc./B.A. required 
</li>
<li>3+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience required. Experience with agencies that have full-service offerings (digital, paid media, experiential, social, video, print) is a plus</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with project management software, preferred (preferably in Kantata OX 
</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients</li>
<li>Ownership: Takes full accountability for accounts, deliverables, and client communication 
</li>
<li>Proactivity &amp; Urgency: Keeps projects moving; tackles tasks immediately and avoids bottlenecks 
</li>
<li>Confidence &amp; Presence: Leads conversations with clients and internal teams; assertive without being abrasive 
</li>
<li>Strategic Point of View: Brings perspective to every meeting and connects client needs with agency solutions 
</li>
<li>Relationship-Driven: Builds rapport with different personalities and adapts communication styles 
</li>
<li>Curiosity &amp; Adaptability: Digs into client industries/products and pivots seamlessly between diverse projects
