Job SummaryWe are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Import and Export Executive to manage international shipments, handle trade documentation, and coordinate with global vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments. Strong communication skills and knowledge of finance-related documentation are essential.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and manage import/export documentation (Invoices, BL, COO, Packing List, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines</li><li>Track international shipments and provide timely updates</li><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and international trade regulations</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with overseas vendors and internal teams</li><li>Negotiate freight rates and handle logistics-related queries</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, finance, and warehouse teams</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field</li><li>MBA or PGDM in Finance or International Business preferred</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in import/export operations</li><li>Excellent understanding of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and INCOTERMS</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems like SAP or Tally</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Certification in Export-Import Management / Foreign Trade</li><li>Experience dealing with international vendors, CHAs, and freight forwarders</li><li>Knowledge of HS codes, DGFT procedures, and international payment terms (LCs, TT)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Learning and development opportunities</li><li>Exposure to international trade and finance operations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
