As a Nurse Consultant, you&rsquo;ll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.</div>

<p></p><div>Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN)</div>
<ul><li>Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients</li>
<li>Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary</li>
<li>Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices</li>
<li>Provide guidance within scope of work defined by the client</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards</li>
</ul><p></p><div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</div>
<ul><li>Current Compact RN License (NLC)</li>
<li>Current MN RN (or willingness to obtain and travel to)</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred)</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation</li>
<li><b>Flexibility for travel throughout MN &amp; WI</b></li>
