We&rsquo;re Hiring! &ndash; Logistics (Regional Business Development &ndash; Eastern India)Exp: 10+ YearsLocation: HyderabadQualification: MBA/PG in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferredKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and oversee regional logistics and transport operations across Eastern India, ensuring timely and cost-efficient movement of materials and finished goods.</li><li>Plan and manage route optimization, vehicle allocation, and dispatch scheduling for smooth operations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with vendors, drivers, transporters, and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted logistics flow.</li><li>Ensure maximum fleet utilization by arranging onward logistics for vehicles returning from various locations to the headquarters or other operational sites.</li><li>Supervise and mentor the logistics and dispatch teams to achieve performance targets.</li><li>Review and control transport cost parameters, trip sheets, fuel records, and billing documentation.</li><li>Negotiate with transporters for competitive freight rates while maintaining service quality and compliance.</li><li>Track and analyze logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, transit cost, and fleet efficiency, and prepare regular performance reports.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, statutory compliance, and company transport policies.</li><li>Collaborate with production, sales, accounts, and plant operations to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics execution.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.</li><li>Excellent command of MS Excel, transport documentation, and ERP systems.</li><li>Proven track record in managing large-scale, time-sensitive logistics operations across multiple regions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
