They are the first and last impression of the restaurant for the guest.Responsibilities and Duties:&middot; Effectively perform Patrick's standards of service.&middot; Communicate effectively and courteously with all Patrick&rsquo;s Staff&middot; Identify table numbers accurately. Know the floor plan!&middot; Always scan dining area, pub and outside area to be aware of customer needs and seating availability.&middot; Monitor open dining sections (Empty, clean, need to be set, etc.)&middot; Ensure guest&rsquo;s needs are met.&middot; Accommodate seated guests who motion for assistance as you move through the dining room.&middot; While guests are waiting to be seated or for take-out, it is your responsibility to ensure guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders and/or wait times.&middot; Always maintain a courteous and professional attitude.&middot; There should be no shoptalk or chitchat at the front desk and no leaning on the host stand or takeout counter&middot; Effectively perform the Patrick's standards of service with emphasis on Greeting, Accommodation, accurate and on time fulfillment of takeout order&middot; Great every customer entering and leaving the restaurant.
