The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of an evolving line of digital products including the company website and MyAccount, a mobile application, and product-specific applications used in B2B. The UX Designer will be responsible for guiding the user-centered design activities and establishing user experience strategic norms. This role will own digital user experience, information architecture, usability standards including compliance with ADA and user research. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless and innovative digital experiences that meet our users&rsquo; needs and drive business growth.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive the UX Roadmap and strategy framework</li><li>Lead design, design thinking, and partner with key leaders to demonstrate how design empowers the creation of better digital products</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering key leaders to understand and identify tech possibilities and constraints</li><li>Partner with Engineering key leaders to create new opportunities to develop tech capability that can enhance customer experience</li><li>Champion the integration of best-in-class eCommerce design principles across digital channels</li><li>Facilitate UX design reviews and drive for adoption of UX best practices</li><li>Create high-level UX assets (workflow, customer journey map, prototype, etc.)</li><li>Solve complex customer experiences while building beautiful, usable interfaces</li><li>Maintain standards and consistency across all digital assets</li><li>Work with technical teams at a fast pace</li><li>Oversee outsourced user research at times</li><li>Provide design recommendations backed with sound design reasons and solid customer-centric data</li><li>Recommend experiences that optimize digital commerce flows across web and native platforms, improving ease of purchase and customer retention</li></ul>Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to lead highly technical, complex projects with cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, and engineers</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, data analysis, and storytelling/ storyboarding skills</li><li>Excellent collaborator&#8239;and communicator</li><li>Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment</li><li>Exceptional portfolio of work spanning multiple design projects&#8239;that represent complex experiences related to eCommerce.
