Essential Functions: What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul>
<li>Manages multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Delivers measurably great customer service to ensure positive outcomes on customer projects</li>
<li>Collaborates and partners with sales and other internal teams to understand and meet project requirements, including quality, schedule, and cost, ensuring our commitments are fulfilled.</li>
<li>Utilizes internal PM tools and our ERP system to keep accounts up to date and on track</li>
<li>Heavy customer-facing, via phone, virtual calls, and email</li>
<li>Develops and implements detailed project plans, participates in customer presentations, and manages project progress to ensure excellent service delivery.</li>
<li>Works with design, engineering, and on-site construction management, ensuring all project aspects in line with the project scope and on track.</li>
<li>Provides regular project status updates and maintains awareness of all project details.</li>
<li>Supports additional projects and assignments as required.</li></ul> 


Qualifications: What you&rsquo;ll need to be successful
<ul><li>Project Management: 2-4 years of project management experience</li>
<li>Education: Associate degree or higher in business, engineering, construction-related field, or equivalent work experience in construction project management or asset management.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Project Management tools and ERP</li>
<li>Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Leadership: Lead by example, continually adopting new ideas and processes for maximum impact.</li>
<li>Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. Ability to effectively communicate via telephone and email with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate</li></ul>
