If so, Patty Baker Humane Society Naples (PBHSN), Southwest Florida's state-of-the-art premier no-kill shelter, invites you to apply for the position of full time Client Services Representative. PBHSN operates a full-service small animal practice that is open to the public. We are seeking a service-oriented but assertive individual to provide clients and their companion animals with a positive appointment-making, check-in, and check-out experience. 


Under the direction and guidance of the Client Services Manager, and in cooperation with other team members, Client Services Representatives:
<ul>
<li>Answer phones</li>
<li>Schedule appointments</li>
<li>Welcome and check in clients and patients</li>
<li>Check out clients and patients</li>
<li>Collect and process payments</li>
<li>Communicate with clients before and after appointments as needed</li>
<li>Provide clients with accurate information in a friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional manner</li></ul> 


We're looking for:
<ul>
<li>Fluency in English and Spanish required</li>
<li>At least one year experience in customer service in any industry</li>
<li>At least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferred</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clients</li>
<li>Phone skills, including a clear speaking voice</li>
<li>Accurate data entry and money handling skills</li>
<li>Work well within a team</li>
<li>Be responsive to professional feedback and direction</li>
<li>Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li>
<li>Maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs, cats, and other small mammals</li></ul> 


Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 


Pay and Benefits
