</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
</div><div>As an Accounting &amp; Payroll Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, growing team.<br>
</div> <ul><li>Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records</li>
<li> Manage accounts payable and vendor files</li>
<li> Handle subcontractor documentation (W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.)</li>
<li> Assist managers with time approvals in QuickBooks Time</li>
<li> Reconcile company credit card transactions</li>
<li> Perform basic job costing and data entry in company systems</li>
<li> Provide administrative support to the accounting team</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial standards</li>
<li>Assist employees with software access for company</li>
<li>Asset management- including vehicle and equipment/software inventory and managing quality assurance and tracking</li>

<li> Experience with QuickBooks (or similar software) a plus</li>
