About the Role:</b></p>
<p>
As a Contents Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for the careful handling, cleaning, and restoration of personal property that has been damaged. You&rsquo;ll work both on-site at customer locations and at our facility to clean and restore items, ensuring everything is treated with care and returned to pre-loss condition.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with inventory, packing, and transportation of damaged items</li>
<li>Clean and restore contents using specialized equipment and techniques (e.g., ultrasonic cleaning, hand tools, etc.)</li>
<li>Handle items with care to avoid additional damage</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and cleaning areas</li>
<li>Follow job documentation procedures and tracking systems</li>
<li>Support the team with general labor tasks as needed</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with team members and clients</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or related fields preferred</li>
<li>IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT) a plus but not required</li>
<li>Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow within the company</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Develop comprehensive cost estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with company profitability targets and efficiency metrics.</li>
<li>Supports overall marketing by building relationships with our clients and adjusters.</li>
<li>Provides scope of work for all activities of restoration and reconstruction work related to fire damage, water damage, mold or other related unexpected catastrophes.</li>
<li>Estimates job scope and secures agreed price.</li>
<li>Works with the approving party/adjusters to come to a settlement amount that is fair for our clients, Paul Davis &amp; the insurance company.</li>
<li>Hands off estimate product that sets up Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed as a Quality Job On Budget (QJOB).</li>
<li>Supports Project Managers in supplemental and change order needs.</li>
<li>Supports estimating team members in producing quality and consistent estimate products.</li>
<li>Supports Client Care Coordinators and invoicing</li>
<li>Supports the entire life cycle of a project.</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Excel knowledge and ability to create and review complex spreadsheets</li>

</div><div><b>Overall Duties Include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Report weekly to the Team Lead or Lead Estimator.</li>
<li>Prepare timely and accurate damage scopes and estimates using Xactimate, CoreLogic, and T&amp;M Pro.</li>
<li>The ability to estimate all 3 services we provide in a timely &amp; proficient manner.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with third-party program (TPA/DRP, etc) service standards.</li>
<li>Use 3D imaging software to support estimate preparation.</li>
<li>Stay knowledgeable about insurance claims processes, industry trends, and building materials/technologies.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.</li>
<li>Participate in individual and group training sessions as requested.</li>
<li>Maintain and obtain additional IICRC certifications as required.</li>
<li>Follow and enforce all safety protocols, including proper PPE use.</li>
<li>Visit loss sites when approved by the Team Lead.</li>
Perform other related duties as assigned by the estimating supervisor.<br>
