What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Perform aerial fiber installation and splicing</li><li>
Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed to ensure safety protocols are followed</li><li>
Ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts for construction activities are completed before work begins each day</li><li>
Inspect and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance</li><li>
Perform manual excavation and minor repairs with the use of shovels and mechanical tools as required</li><li>
Direct and flag traffic flow in compliance with local DOT regulations</li><li>
Assist with advanced maintenance of tools and equipment, while also identifying potential issues</li><li>
Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed</li><li>
Support the crew with complex tasks, including cable installation and repair, under your supervision</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>To be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States for this company</li><li>
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience</li><li>
Valid state driver&rsquo;s license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Certified pole climber or previous pole climbing experience</li><li>
3-5 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications or construction</li><li>
Advanced understanding of tools and equipment used in aerial telecom work</li><li>
Ability to work safely and contribute to a team-focused environment</li><li>
