 responsibilities:&nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 develop digital media plans with goals aligned with the brand&rsquo;s vision
 </li>
 <li>
 research and study the latest marketing trends
 </li>
 <li>
 establish our online presence and create brand awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 spread the company&rsquo;s message through social media and other online mediums
 </li>
 <li>
 innovate and build unconventional digital campaigns that deliver the message
 </li>
 <li>
 develop different types of content including copywriting (social media, websites, blogs, articles, etc.), videos, etc. and collaborate with supplier if needed
 </li>
 <li>
 manage digital platforms and run the day-to-day social media and search engine optimization (SEO) audits to ensure best practices are being used
 </li>
 <li>
 create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinates with the graphics team to create engaging display ads
 </li>
 <li>
 collaborate with sales team to increase the company&rsquo;s sales through digital channels
 </li>
 <li>
 improve customer engagement using various marketing tactics
 </li>
 <li>
 supervise ROI and KPIs with weekly performance reports to be submitted to management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 relevant experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
 </li>
 <li>
 previous experience working in the hospitality industry OR with lifestyle brands is preferred, with a marketing background
 </li>
 <li>
 demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing plans
 </li>
 <li>
 deep understanding of different digital media platforms and paid ads
 </li>
 <li>
 excellent verbal, writing, listening and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 self-motivated and creative problem-solver
 </li>
 <li>
 ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
 </li>
