At Pavago, we are hiring on behalf of one of our premier clients in the private aviation industry to bring on a Charter Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional travel experience to high-value clientele. This role requires someone who excels in relationship-building, communicates with confidence and sophistication, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing charter inquiries, crafting tailored flight solutions, and guiding clients through every step of the booking process&mdash;ensuring a seamless, world-class experience from the very first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed deals, effectively utilizing the leads provided by the company.</li><li>
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and foster repeat business.</li><li>
Deliver outstanding service throughout the entire client journey, from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.</li><li>
Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively across multiple channels (Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone).</li><li>
Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales tracking and reporting efforts.</li><li>
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless, 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.</li></ul>
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:<ul><li>
Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing environments.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.</li><li>
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative in a remote role.</li><li>
On-Call Flexibility: Comfortable managing calls and inquiries on a rotating schedule.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).</li></ul>
Nice-to-Haves:<ul><li>
Knowledge of the private aviation industry or Part 135 operations.</li><li>
Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms (training provided).</li><li>
Understanding of cryptocurrency and its applications in transactions.</li><li>
General knowledge of private jet models, specifications, cabin sizes, and range.</li></ul>
Interview Process:<ul><li>
Initial Phone Interview: Brief discussion to assess communication skills and sales background.</li><li>
Video Interview: A more detailed conversation about experience, client handling, and logistics understanding.</li><li>
Final Interview: Discussion with the client to ensure cultural and operational alignment.</li></ul>
