Role Purpose:To manage inward and outward logistics, maintain accurate inventory, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and support overall warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inward Logistics:</li><li>Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.</li><li>Inspect goods for quality and quantity compliance.</li><li>Update stock records in ERP or inventory system.</li><li>Outward Logistics:</li><li>Prepare and dispatch goods as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.</li><li>E-Way Bill &amp; GST Compliance:</li><li>Generate and manage E-Way Bills for all outward shipments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST rules for invoicing and documentation.</li><li>Maintain records for audit and statutory requirements.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Store Management:</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.</li><li>Organize and store materials systematically for easy retrieval.</li><li>Monitor stock for damages, expiry, or obsolescence.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, and other records.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.</li><li>Coordination:</li><li>Liaise with procurement, production, and sales teams for material requirements.</li><li>Communicate with vendors and transporters for smooth operations.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and GST compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across our Exhibitions, Events, Museums, and Retail Interiors division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business generation, a deep understanding of spatial experience design, and a strong network within the industry. The role is based in Kochi with travel as required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in exhibition design &amp; build, experiential events, museum installations, and retail spaces</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, event agencies, curators, architects, government bodies, and retail brands</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs</li><li>Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, client meetings, RFP responses, negotiations, and closures</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams &ndash; Design, Projects, Production, and Marketing &ndash; to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the experiential and built environment space</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms</li><li>Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Design-related fields); MBA is a plus</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within exhibitions, experiential events, museums, or retail fit-outs</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong client network within the South Indian and pan-India market is desirable</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project coordination</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Exposure to government and private sector RFPs and tendering process</li><li>Ability to visualize and communicate spatial concepts effectively</li></ul>Remuneration:<ul><li>Competitive package with performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and leadership in a growing design-build environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;47,049.97 per monthWork Location: In person
