Job Title: HR RecruiterDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: KaloorExperience: 2&ndash;4 YearsJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker</li><li>Handle offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities</li><li>Support manpower planning and meet monthly hiring targets</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Post Graduate in HR or relevant field</li><li>Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and job portals</li><li>Experience in retail/field hiring will be an added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Textile / Garments Industry: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
