If you thrive on challenge, excel in B2B sales, and are motivated by exceeding targets, this is the perfect role for you!This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping business owners find solutions that save them time and money.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.</li><li>Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, product demos, and lead generation efforts to build a robust pipeline of prospects.</li><li>Manage existing accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.</li><li>Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue potential.</li><li>Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering technical sales support, and delivering compelling product presentations.</li><li>Manage territory sales activities efficiently through territory management strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximum outreach.</li><li>Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses in need of bookkeeping support</li><li>Introduce Clarity &amp; Growth Bookkeeping services</li><li>Build relationships with business owners, CPAs, and local professionals</li><li>Generate and close new client engagements</li><li>Maintain professional communication with prospective clients</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and customer data.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead management and reporting.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in account management, customer service, and developing new business opportunities.</li><li>Knowledge of technology or technical sales is highly desirable; experience with product demos and upselling techniques preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective inside and outside sales calls, including cold calling efforts.</li><li>Ability to work independently within a designated territory while collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
