The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities&mdash;domestic and international&mdash;ensuring timely sourcing of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for medical and diagnostic products (domestic &amp; international).</li><li>Request, compare, and analyze vendor quotations to ensure best price and quality.</li><li>Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements and approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Stores, QA, Finance) to ensure accurate order fulfilment and documentation.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Communicate effectively with vendors via email and phone for order confirmation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>Coordinate entry of procurement data and POs in systems (Excel/ERP).</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Maintain and update the vendor database, cataloging suppliers, price lists, and terms.</li><li>Assist in negotiation for price, delivery timelines, and payment terms.</li><li>Track supplier performance and help drive improvements.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and maintain procurement records: quotes, POs, GRNs, invoices, and contracts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in B.Sc. (Medical/Life Sciences), Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of procurement experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare supplies, or related industry.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and procurement documentation.</li><li>Exposure to ERP or procurement systems is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current monthly CTC?</li><li>What is your expected monthly CTC?</li><li>Total years of experience in procuring medical and diagnostic products?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
