</div></div><div><div>The<b> Integrated Marketing Manager &amp; Writer</b> will work closely with the Director of Marketing to refine and execute PAWS Chicago&rsquo;s overarching marketing and communications strategy while managing the tactical details that bring fundraising and awareness campaigns to life.</div></div><div><br>

</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Develop integrated marketing strategies including audience targeting, messaging frameworks, and channel selection.</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Create and manage campaigns that drive engagement for PAWS Chicago&rsquo;s core programs, including adoptions, fostering, volunteering, and community outreach.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Using marketing automation to nurture our communities through the fundraising funnel, moving them from initial awareness to consideration and ultimately, to making a donation.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Partner with internal teams (Development and Operations) to align marketing efforts with program priorities and organizational objectives.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Leverage analytics and insights to inform strategies, optimize performance, and ensure measurable results.</div></li></ul></div><br>

</div><div><div><ul><li><div>Write and edit high-quality, mission-driven content for digital, print, advertising, and email.</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Craft stories that move people emotionally and intellectually, with a clear call to action.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ensure all copy is on brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice, and optimized for each platform.</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Provide editorial support to colleagues to strengthen messaging across the organization.</div></li></ul></div><br>

<div><ul><li><div>Manage campaign workflows from concept through delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Collaborate with design, digital, and program teams to bring creative concepts to life.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Use CRM systems like Salesforce, GoFundMe, etc. to track donor interactions and manage the fundraising process.</div></li></ul></div><br>

<div><ul><li><div>Act as a thought partner to leadership on marketing priorities and campaign opportunities.</div>

</div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Minimum of 5 years of marketing, communications, or editorial experience, preferably within a corporate, agency or nonprofit environment.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Compelling and proficient writer with a proven track record of crafting stories that inspire and drive action.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.</div>
</li></ul>
</div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms (preferably Mailchimp), and content and project management systems.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Role may at times require minimal lifting, as well as ability to provide event support.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Passion for animal welfare and commitment to PAWS Chicago&rsquo;s No Kill model.</div>
