 We are hiring a strategic, commercially minded, and highly analytical Global Head of Business Intelligence to lead an enterprise-wide BI function. While positioned within the Finance umbrella, this role will be the central hub for data-driven decision-making across all functions &mdash; from operations and sales to product, compliance, and HR.  &bull; Define and deliver a unified BI strategy that supports financial, commercial, operational, and strategic priorities.
 
 
 &bull; Consolidate data from across all business units &mdash; Finance, Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, and People &mdash; into actionable insights.
 
 
 &bull; Enable cross-functional visibility on key business drivers such as customer acquisition, retention, operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and profitability.
 
 
 &bull; Partner with business leaders to embed data insights into decision-making at all levels.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Data Governance &amp; Analytics Infrastructure
 
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure a single source of truth for enterprise data.
 
 
 &bull; Lead the design, governance, and maintenance of a robust analytics ecosystem, integrating financial and non-financial systems.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee the selection and optimisation of BI platforms (e.g., Looker) and ensure scalability across regions and entities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Board-Level Reporting
 
 
 
 &bull; Deliver unified dashboards and reporting for the CFO, CEO, and Executive Committee, covering both financial and non-financial KPIs.
 
 
 &bull; Provide scenario modelling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to guide strategic and operational decisions.
 
 
 &bull; Support the CFO in presenting business performance to the Board and investors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 
 &bull; Build and lead a high-performing BI team within Finance, serving all departments globally.
 
 
 &bull; Position the CFO organisation as the central owner of enterprise performance insight.
 
 
 &bull; Foster a culture of data literacy, enabling business leaders to make evidence-based decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
 
 
 &bull; 15&ndash;20+ years&rsquo; experience in Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or Analytics leadership, ideally in multinational or high-growth environments.
 
 
 &bull; Proven success in building BI functions that integrate both financial and non-financial data.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of business operations, commercial levers, and performance metrics across functions.
 
 
 &bull; Advanced skills in BI tools and data visualisation, plus familiarity with ERP/CRM/HRMS integration (e.g., NetSuite, WebHR etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Track record in stakeholder management at C-suite level.

Global Head of Business Intelligence

Global Finance Systems & Transformation Manager We are currently seeking a talented financial systems professional to join the Pay10 global finance team. This role serves as the central systems integration lead for Pay10 Global, acting as the pivot between the ERP (NetSuite) and all other critical business systems across Finance, HR, Sales, and Compliance. It is responsible for enabling a scalable, connected infrastructure that supports real time reporting, streamlined operations, and global governance across 10+ entities. The role leads the migration from legacy systems (e.g. Tally) to NetSuite ERP, while also ensuring that adjacent systems-including HRMS, ATS, CRM, compliance tools, and payroll providers-are integrated effectively and support end to end process integrity. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the global implementation of NetSuite ERP, establishing a unified financial infrastructure across all entities.</li> <li>Act as the primary integration coordinator across business systems, including HRMS, ATS, CRM, payroll, and compliance tools.</li> <li>Define and manage system interfaces between ERP and connected platforms to ensure data integrity and automation.</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance, People, Sales, and Compliance teams to map cross functional processes and optimise system interactions.</li> <li>Support selection and rollout of related platforms (e.g. HRMS, compliance tools), ensuring finance/system integration requirements are captured.</li> <li>Lead master data management, entity mapping, and data migration across systems.</li> <li>Define system requirements, prepare RFPs, and manage implementation vendors and partners.</li> <li>Establish internal controls, audit trail visibility, and documentation across systems for regulatory and reporting readiness.</li> <li>Oversee project governance, timelines, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication.</li> <li>Lead training, adoption, and change management across global teams.</li> <li>Stay informed on evolving SaaS ecosystem capabilities to propose improvements that scale with the business.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>8-12 years' experience in ERP/HRMS/system transformation projects.</li> <li>Proven success migrating from legacy systems (e.g. Tally) to modern, cloud based ERP platforms (preferably NetSuite).</li> <li>Track record of managing integrations across HR, Finance, Sales, and Compliance systems.</li> <li>Hands on experience with NetSuite implementations in multi country, multi currency environments.</li> <li>Experience supporting HRMS platforms (e.g. HiBob, BambooHR, WebHR, Zoho People) in integration or advisory capacity.</li> <li>Deep understanding of finance processes (GL, P2P, O2C, consolidation, reporting).</li> <li>Working knowledge of people processes (onboarding, payroll, performance, compliance).</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM, ATS, and compliance related platforms.</li> <li>Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.</li> <li>Comfortable in fast paced, high volume, low margin environments.</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
