 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a versatile
 
 Senior Graphic Designer
 
 with strong expertise across digital, print, motion, and web design. This role demands creativity, technical skills, and the ability to bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints, from social media campaigns and websites to motion graphics, event activations, and onsite branding. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing for screens and spaces, ensuring consistency and creativity across all brand communications.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Design Execution (Digital, Print)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop design assets for social media campaigns, display ads, emailers, and merchant communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, in-store signage, and merchant toolkits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop internal and external presentations, decks, and toolkits.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Motion &amp; Multimedia
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create animated graphics, reels, explainer videos, and onboarding animations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Storyboard and edit videos with text overlays, transitions, and effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design looping motion content for events, booths, and displays.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Events, Booths &amp; Activations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design event branding, booth graphics, banners, and activation visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all event creatives are brand-consistent, adaptable, and production-ready.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with the Global Creative Lead to evolve brand identity and design standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Web Manager, Content Lead, and Growth team to ensure our digital presence is aligned with brand standards, optimized for performance, and built to scale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support campaign launches, regional rollouts, and merchant acquisition efforts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design (Preferrably agency background).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across
 
 print, digital, motion, and web banners
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), (Figma, and web design tools is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with print production and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Fintech/startup/agency experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
