PayBright is seeking a Spring or Summer 2026 intern to join our HR team. As we continue to grow, our HR function is expanding and becoming more structured. This internship offers hands-on experience in a company where processes are actively being built, refined, and elevated.The role will have a dual focus on core HR work - such as recruiting coordination, document management, and preparing materials - and employee experience initiatives including office operations and engagement activities. The intern will play a meaningful role in strengthening processes and helping establish a high standard of excellence within the HR department. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely enjoys supporting and connecting with people at work.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Track required documentation and monitor completion of compliance-related items</li><li>Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling</li><li>Draft and format internal communications for review</li><li>Contribute to learning and development initiatives, including organizing materials and tracking participation</li><li>Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events</li><li>Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism</li><li>Support day-to-day office operations, including supply and pantry management</li><li>Maintain shared spaces to ensure a professional and organized environment</li><li>Prepare workspaces and materials for new hires and internal meetings</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)</li><li>Prior experience in an office or administrative environment preferred</li><li>Comfort with cloud-based work tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Location<ul><li>Internship begins as soon as possible and runs through May 2026</li><li>Internship may be extended through Summer 2026</li><li>Anticipated schedule of 12-15 hours per week (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)</li><li>Office is located in the Crabtree Valley area of Raleigh</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, InternshipPay: $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 12.0 &ndash; 15.0 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an undergraduate student, currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree?</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Raleigh, NC 27612 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
