We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to work with us on a freelance basis. The designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling content for educational, informational, and digital media platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, explainer content, and promotional materials</li><li>Convert scripts, concepts, or storyboards into visually compelling motion graphics</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and editors to ensure visual consistency</li><li>Add text animations, transitions, icons, and visual effects to enhance storytelling</li><li>Maintain brand style, tone, and visual identity across all projects</li><li>Deliver projects within agreed timelines and revise based on feedback</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent)</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual flow</li><li>Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging visuals</li><li>Good sense of color, typography, and composition</li><li>Experience with educational or explainer-style videos is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage deadlines</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Basic knowledge of video editing and sound sync</li><li>Experience working with YouTube, Instagram Reels, or educational platforms</li><li>Familiarity with infographic-style or minimal design animation</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible freelance work (project-based or long-term collaboration)</li><li>Creative freedom and meaningful content</li><li>Timely payment per project / per video</li><li>Opportunity to work on impactful educational and skill-based content</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can share:<ul><li>Portfolio or sample motion graphic work</li><li>Tools/software you use</li><li>Expected per-project or per-video charges</li></ul>Job Type: Freelance Contract length: 1 monthPay: ₹10,089.78 - ₹34,225.41 per monthWork Location: Remote
