The Sr. User Experience Product Designer is a passionate, collaborative UX practitioner who is a clear and confident visual storyteller. You will be involved in every step of design, including research, ideation, mapping user flows, prototyping, creating mockups, and designing high-fidelity UIs. At Paychex, senior designers mentor other designers, guide the vision for projects, and build meaningful relationships with our Product, Architecture, and Development partners. You will be expected to cultivate a strong working knowledge of our business and technology platform, and help inform our product roadmap.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Guide design projects from initial concept through release.</li><li>
Provides review and stewardship of design efforts in a specific domain area.</li><li>
Collaborate with product management, user research, content strategists, and developers to creatively solve user needs.</li><li>
Lead planning activities, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research data to inspire product experiences that delight users. Advocate for user research and usability testing.</li><li>
Manage multiple complex design projects. Transform complex interactions, research, and requirements into tangible products with a clear, usable, and desirable outcome for users.</li><li>
Contribute and suggest improvements to our design system.</li><li>
Mentor and coach junior designers. Proactively help other designers level up their craft expertise.</li><li>
Sketch, wireframe, and create mockups and prototypes for web, mobile, smart watch, and smart speakers using modern design tools (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Zeplin).</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in HCI, interaction design, UX, CS - Required</li><li>
Master's Degree in HCI, interaction design, UX, CS - Preferred</li><li>
6 years of experience in Professional product design experience, preferably working on B2B applications. Portfolio that showcases exceptional design, highlighting process and methods used to solve real-world problems. Experience working with design systems or pattern libraries.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsible for optimizing and managing processes related to revenue generation. Analyst will work to integrate business objectives and system functionality. This role is responsible for tool management, process improvement, testing and launch of system changes, and collaboration among various work groups.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external teams serving as a resource on projects, research assignments, and similar to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for change to existing business processes, policies and technology to effectively implement business strategy changes through technology.</li><li>
Supports projects and initiatives with direction or guidance from senior team members and leadership. Acts as the point analyst on fast track/ small to medium-sized configuration changes.</li><li>
Executes testing to ensure tools and solutions are fully functional and approved prior to release and participates in the creation of launch planning to support the delivery of process and system changes.</li><li>
Participates in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools, drives strategy and direction of new and existing tools</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience - Preferred</li><li>
1 year of experience in customer-service oriented role.</li><li>
1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role.</li><li>
1 year of experience in Paychex or related industry experience.</li><li>
1 year of experience in Salesforce experience preferred</li></ul>
Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position $58,240.00 - $91,520.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
