In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID, Rochester, NY, or Schaumburg, IL locations. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. 
Position Overview
The Senior Manager Implementation Ops provides day-to-day and strategic leadership to the Implementation team. This position is accountable for translating the company and operations goals and vision to the vision and structure of the department while implementing appropriate management controls and processes. The Senior Manager is responsible for working with other operations leaders and other internal and external groups to forward the team, operations, and Paylocity objectives.

Responsible for effective and efficient end-to-end client implementation process. specifically: development and improvement of systems and documentation, escalation management and strategies to help the team meet their goals related to launch readiness and launch success.</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership to design organizational structure and development needs for their organization. Creates workforce forecasting and plans to ensure staffing for the</li><li>
Implementation function, appropriate training plan and career &ndash; path development for our evolving business needs</li><li>
Responsible for defining the vision and developing goals for their assigned teams.</li><li>
Responsible for development of KPIs and reporting KPIs to senior management. Responsible for capturing data and working with our systems development teams to build the capabilities needed to support our customers, allow for positive and efficient support</li><li>
experiences, and drive additional market opportunities.</li><li>
Responsible for managing, developing, planning, and guiding strategic initiatives to achieve accepted goals and meet published SLAs.</li><li>
 Responsible for personnel staffing, morale, measurement, coaching, and employee development</li><li>
Responsible for evaluating processes involving internal and external partners and working with those partners to improve them.</li><li>
Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional communications, identify process improvement opportunities, and build and refine launch processes, tools, and systems.</li><li>
Responsible for leading the team to achieve productivity and financial targets while being accountable to the approved fiscal budget.</li><li>
Support client-facing calls and escalations as needed to assist the team executing on launches.</li><li>
Responsible for collecting data and driving development priorities using a data focused approach.</li></ul> 
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required, master's is preferred.</li><li>
5+ years in an operational management role, leading in a high-volume, client-focused environment. Proven success of management concepts and practices including supervising and motivating employees, performance management and employee development/training.</li><li>
Experience with leading a support team for executive-level clients, implementing strategies to prevent escalations, and creating repeatable procedures as necessary.</li><li>
Experience developing, implementing, and managing control/auditing processes via a recognized process improvement methodology, (such as Lean Six Sigma), is required.</li><li>
Experience working with 3rd party vendors with mutual clients</li><li>
Experience working with/in HR outsourcing and/or Managed Services offerings</li><li>
Deep understanding of Implementation processes' Impacts on Client experience and retention</li><li>
Project Management:</li><li>
Experience managing employees working on both task oriented and project driven tasks a</li><li>
strong plus.</li><li>
Experience managing tasks in a matrix project management environment is a strong plus.</li><li>
Experience developing and driving adoption of cross departmental processes preferred.</li><li>
Experience collecting data and driving development priorities using a data focused approach is a plus.</li><li>
Experience working with payroll and/or HR data a huge plus!</li><li>
Extensive experience with a multi-customer product required.</li><li>
Demonstrated use of a Process Improvement methodology is required.</li><li>
Strong communication skills with external parties required.</li></ul> 
Physical requirements<ul><li>
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.</li><li>

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for prospecting and developing business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements. This role at Paylocity works in a fast paced business environment that is very competitive and quota-driven, and targets medium-sized businesses (49-499 employees). This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on independently generating activity in the field. Success is supported by a consultative sales approach, effective prospecting techniques, persistence throughout the sales cycle, and a solid understanding of the value and impact of the solution being offered.
Fully Remote(U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Education and Experience<ul><li>

The pay range for this position is $57,900 - $107,500 /yr ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
