We are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager who will serve as a customer-facing technical resource, ensuring seamless implementation and integration of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the onboarding process, resolving technical challenges, and optimizing product configurations.</p>
<p>
As a key technical expert, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-complexity projects, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous product improvements. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a strong technical background in programming, APIs, and databases.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<p>
Customer-Facing &amp; Implementation Support:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation.</li>
<li>Guide customers through product configuration and data integration.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients' technical teams to streamline API and SFTP integrations.</li>
<li>Address and resolve technical questions and challenges throughout the implementation process.</li>
</ul>
<p>Product Expertise &amp; Technical Execution:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the product and its technical configurations.</li>
<li>Implement and support high-complexity projects, ensuring successful deployment.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to troubleshooting and resolving production issues.</li>
<li>Work alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver the best-fit solutions for clients.</li>
<li>Engage with internal teams to overcome implementation roadblocks.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>3-4 years of relevant work experience in financial services and/or payments industry</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP</li>
<li>Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (JWT, SAML).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and data integration.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SFTP for secure file transfers.</li>
<li>Exposure to Big Data technologies is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
