How you will make an impact</h1>
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Payrails, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless execution. By building trust-based relationships, you'll navigate challenges, manage risks, and deliver complex payment integrations that bring Payrails' vision to life.<ul><li> 
You&rsquo;ll work closely with engineers, product managers, account managers, external partners, data, and fellow TPMs to conceptualize cross-functional initiatives with layers of dependencies, and plan their execution.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll organize and align multiple stakeholders to drive timely execution</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll set accountability through communication of progress transparency and visibility on the next set of actions and milestones</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll manage resource allocation and risks to optimize delivery</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll identify opportunities for optimization and evolve the existing processes, practices and frameworks that help promote collaboration, transparency and ways of working</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll evolve existing tools and dashboards that provide insight to the health scorecard to the organization, especially around delivery to commitment, pace and quality</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll continuously look for opportunities for optimizing pace and quality</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we are looking for
</h1><ul><li>You have a bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.</li><li>
You have experience of 7+ years as a TPM or Engineering Manager in a fast-paced engineering organization'</li><li>
You have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, bringing the audience along</li><li>
You have a strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical challenges and risks</li><li>
Experience in payments is a plus</li><li>
You have a background of fundamental engineering concepts including SSDLC, testing methodologies, API monitoring metrics and SLAs</li><li>
You have the ability to work across multiple teams and cross-organisation stakeholder management</li><li>
You&rsquo;re a passionate problem solver who adapts their approach and experience to evolving environments</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

 Payrails is a highly dynamic workplace, and our Sales Team is in charge of engaging with Enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation ultimately. Our mission is to:

 You will take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on getting results

 You will leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients

 You will identify and prioritise target accounts and key decision-makers, with a focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives

 You will work closely with the founding team and support iterating sales processes to accelerate growth further

 You will provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management

 You will identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets

 You will understand customer needs and systematically bring detailed feedback to the product teams to help inform the roadmap and priorities

 What we are looking for

 You have 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a builder who is excited to wear multiple hats and operate in a highly dynamic environment with a clear focus on getting results
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a gifted communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and relevant manner in different formats - i.e., calls, emails, and social media
 </li>
 <li>
 You are highly organised and great at handling multiple opportunities in your pipeline simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 You are fluent in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 You are willing to travel to support our clients and build new partnerships
