We&rsquo;re seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist who will own the end-to-end administration of our absence management programs for approximately 1,500 employees for a cash management transportation client. You&rsquo;ll serve as the in-house expert on federal, state, and local leave regulations, partnering with HR business partners, union representatives, and employees to deliver a seamless leave experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and manage all leave of absence programs, including: Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Workers&rsquo; Compensation (WC), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)</li><li>Review, validate, and track leave requests, medical certifications, and supporting documentation</li><li>Communicate leave status, timelines, and expectations to employees, managers, HRBPs, and union representatives</li><li>Evaluate accommodation requests under ADA and partner with employees, managers, and healthcare providers to identify reasonable accommodations</li><li>Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate deductions, wage garnishments, and leave-related payments</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of leave administration and absence management experience</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and other federal/state leave regulations</li><li>Excel Proficiency(VLOOKUP, PivotTables)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
