About Ramsey's Twisted GarageWe are a growing classic and specialty vehicle shop in Sherman, Texas. We take quality work seriously and we're building a team that does too.The RoleWe're looking for a mechanic with a solid mechanical background and the right attitude. Full shop experience is not required &mdash; the right person may have learned on the job, in a family shop, or on their own. What matters is mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow.Responsibilities<ul><li>Mechanical repairs and maintenance on classic and specialty vehicles</li><li>Assisting with wheel alignments</li><li>Electrical diagnostics &mdash; lights, gauges, charging systems</li><li>Carburetor and transmission work</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Contributing to daily productivity goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mechanical background &mdash; formal or otherwise</li><li>Must own a basic tool set</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Clean background check and drug-free</li><li>Reliable and punctual &mdash; attendance and consistency are non-negotiable</li></ul>What we're looking for in a person:<ul><li>Very coachable and willing to grow with the company</li><li>High integrity and personal accountability &mdash; you do what you say you&rsquo;ll do</li><li>Sense of urgency addresses problems immediately</li><li>Honest, hardworking, team-oriented</li></ul>Bonus skills &mdash; helpful but not required:<ul><li>Exhaust and welding experience</li><li>Alignment experience</li><li>Electrical diagnostics</li><li>Carburetors and transmissions</li></ul>HoursMonday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PMCompensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Paid for a full 8-hour day</li><li>Paid holidays after 90 days</li><li>One week paid vacation after one year</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume or a brief summary of your experience and background to brian@pcclassiccars.com.
