This role starts at 32&#8239;hours/week with room to grow.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Design and build modern, responsive websites and landing pages (WordPress + Elementor or similar)</li><li>Optimize pages for mobile, Core Web Vitals, and basic SEO (titles, schema, internal links)</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot sites (updates, backups, staging &rarr; production)</li><li>Assist with Google Business Profile and basic Google Ads tracking</li><li>Set up simple GA4/GTM events for conversions and reporting</li><li>Collaborate on copy and layout to improve conversions and brainstorm new ideas</li></ul>Must&#8209;haves<ul><li>Portfolio of 3+ sites you built (include URLs and your contributions)</li><li>WordPress + Elementor proficiency (or equivalent modern WP workflow)</li><li>Strong HTML/CSS/JS; ability to build responsive layouts from scratch if needed</li><li>Understanding of Core Web Vitals and on&#8209;page SEO</li><li>Clear client communication; organized and detail&#8209;oriented</li><li>Local/hybrid: must live within ~45&#8239;min of Duncan, OK for occasional in&#8209;person work</li></ul>Nice&#8209;to&#8209;haves<ul><li>Experience with Tailwind, block editor, or other lightweight builders</li><li>GA4/GTM custom events, A/B testing, heatmaps</li><li>Image optimization (WebP/AVIF), caching, CDN</li><li>Git workflow and reusable component libraries</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Hourly pay $16&ndash;$20/hr, depending on experience</li><li>Flexible schedule (~32&#8239;hrs/week) with growth potential</li><li>Supportive, casual work environment that values your creativity</li><li>Path to full&#8209;time and deeper technical growth</li></ul>How to apply Please include the following in your application:<ul><li>A link to your portfolio and three specific URLs you built, noting your role on each</li><li>One sentence explaining how you&rsquo;d improve a WordPress site&rsquo;s Core Web Vitals without sacrificing design</li><li>Your weekly availability and your target hourly rate</li></ul>To be considered for an interview for this role you MUST send a short (30-60 seconds) video introducing yourself and explaining why you would be a good fit for this role and company.
