</p><p>As an <b>Ironworker Journeyman </b>for our PICCo Bisen Project, in Ray, North Dakota you will contribute to our team by:
</p><ul><li>Safe use of Hand &amp; Power Tools
</li></ul><ul><li>Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
</li></ul><ul><li>Align, bolt, weld, and rivet steel components using appropriate tools and methods.
</li></ul><ul><li>Hoist steel beams, columns, and other materials into place using cranes, rigging, and signal methods.
</li></ul><ul><li>Fabricate and install steel structures, catwalks, support systems, pipe racks, and bracing.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform layout and fit-up for structural assemblies with precision.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cut and weld metal components using oxy-fuel torches, plasma cutters, arc welding, or other techniques.
</li></ul><ul><li>Inspect and verify structural alignment, bolt torque, and weld quality to meet job specifications and safety codes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Use a variety of hand tools and power tools including torches, levels, grinders, reamers, and hydraulic equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work at heights using fall protection systems, scaffolds, ladders, and aerial lifts in accordance with safety procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, welders, and other trades to ensure coordinated and timely completion of tasks..
</li></ul><ul><li>Determine the number, sizes, shapes, and locations of reinforcing rods from blueprints, sketches, or oral instructions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Plans sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cuts reinforcing iron and rebar to required lengths using hacksaw, bar cutters, or cutting torch according to site specific and industry standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Prioritize tasks according to job schedule.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper permits have been obtained and can read &amp; understand all permits
</li></ul><ul><li><b>Must have minimal of 48+ verifiable work experience as an Ironworker
</b></li><li><p><b>Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
</b></p></li><li><p><b>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Creates marketing plans for mid-size to large projects and initiatives and ensures they are measurable. Coordinates and manages the resources and change management to ensure success.</li><li>
Plans and executes high-risk, complex, or multifaceted events that involve multiple stakeholders and require consensus building. Coordinates deliverables with a team of individuals.</li><li>
Creates and enhances brand awareness through development of marketing materials and proper placement.</li><li>
Implements marketing and website content-management strategy to ensure content is properly organized and communicates updates to stakeholders.</li><li>
Communicates the vision to develop marketing deliverables and works collaboratively with team members to execute marketing strategy.</li><li>
Creates impactful and influential written copy that integrates the PCL brand for appropriate mediums to encourage action internally and externally.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.</li><li>
7 years of progressive experience in a marketing role.</li><li>
Advanced understanding and mentoring of brand best practices and able to execute brand needs, contribute to brand strategy, and effectively communicate the brand though all marketing materials.</li><li>
Ability to initiate, contribute to, and enhance the marketing strategic planning process.</li><li>
Ability to interpret and utilize data analytics to analyze information and make recommendations to marketing plans and strategies.</li><li>
Advanced experience with and ability to engage all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media. Expert knowledge determining the appropriate medium based on audience, situation, and strategy.</li><li>
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud and other specialized software as required.</li><li>
Understands the company and district&rsquo;s business objectives and incorporates them into marketing activities, products, initiatives, and plans.</li></ul></div></div></div><p>
The estimated salary range for this role is between $77,000 and $99,500, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.</p><p>
