Here's how a(n) Site Materials Coordinator for our Solar USA office contributes to our team:</p><div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Assists in training and mentoring other material coordinators and tradespeople on department procedures, project plans and systems.</li><li>
Completes assigned entries into the material/tool management systems.</li><li>
Creates requisitions and blanket order releases for temporary materials and services.</li><li>
Submits approved requisitions to procurement for action and blanket order releases to supplier for action.</li><li>
Document equipment condition upon deliver and again when off renting with both pictures and inspection sheet.</li><li>
Assist Supervisor in Managing equipment repairs and down time tracking. Coordinate with internal and external mechanics on repair needs, location, and status.</li><li>
Completes issuing/pick ticket system transactions.</li><li>
Completes preservation, preventative maintenance (PM), and certification transactions.</li><li>
Manages material documentation in alignment with project plans.</li><li>
Prepared for and participates in internal/external compliance audits as required.</li><li>
Conducts assigned material management audits as required and reports findings.</li><li>
Communicates material management procedures to project personnel.</li><li>
Assists in the analysis of existing systems for effectiveness and suggests areas for improvement. Participates in system testing and implementation.</li><li>
Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.</li><li>
Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
High school diploma and/or working towards a postsecondary diploma/degree in a related discipline (e.g., supply chain management, procurement, logistics, warehouse distribution).</li><li>
General construction knowledge; understands specifications, drawings, bills of material, methods and procedures.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of commonly used construction materials, permanent/nonpermanent materials, services, tools, and equipment.</li><li>
Awareness of project logistics, toolcrib setup, and organization and best practices.</li><li>
Basic understanding of supply chain process, project life cycle, materials management best practices, PCL procedures, and risk.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written (expression and comprehension) communication skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and diplomatically.</li><li>
Strong drive, time management, and sense of urgency. Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.</li><li>
Work location mobility often required.</li><li>
Strong computer literacy; experience with relevant tools and technology (software and hardware); will be key user of programs and may be required to<br>

We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Manager with strong experience in Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise leading commissioning and startup activities, working seamlessly with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure systems are properly tested, integrated, and delivered to meet design intent and project milestones. The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $173,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.</p><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Lead and manage commissioning and startup activities on assigned projects within the water and wastewater division.</li><li>
Plan, develop, and implement startup and testing procedures in coordination with design and construction teams.</li><li>
Oversee system integration and verification testing, including Instrumentation and Controls (I&amp;C) and power distribution systems.</li><li>
Serve as the primary commissioning contact for the project teams, subcontractors, and clients during project execution.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during system startup and turnover.</li><li>
Ensure documentation and turnover packages meet project and client requirements.</li><li>
Maintain alignment with project schedules and milestones, reporting progress and risks proactively.</li><li>
Support resource planning and utilization in coordination with the Regional Commissioning Manager.</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and refining commissioning procedures.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>
3-5 years of hands-on commissioning and startup experience on complex systems, preferably in the water/wastewater sector.</li><li>
Strong background in Instrumentation &amp; Controls (I&amp;C) and Systems Intregration.</li><li>
Solid understanding of industry codes and standards relevant to commissioning and system validation.</li><li>
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented approach.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Professional certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or LEED Acredited Professional (LEED AP) are advantageous.</li></ul></div></div></div><p>
