This paid position offers a dynamic environment where animal handling skills and customer service excellence come together to create memorable experiences for pets and their families.**MUST HAVE AN IPHONE FOR APP COMPATIBILITY **Duties<ul><li>Lead engaging walks with dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring safe handling and positive reinforcement.</li><li>Provide pet sitting services that include feeding, administering medication if needed, and maintaining daily routines.</li><li>Assist with training exercises or behavioral reinforcement to promote good manners and obedience.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of pet activities, health concerns, and special instructions for owners.</li><li>Ensure all animals are handled with compassion, patience, and professionalism while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in dog handling a variety of breeds with confidence.</li><li>Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly valued for understanding animal health needs.</li><li>Ability to lift safely occasionally while maintaining proper body mechanics.</li><li>Ability to walk long distances while maintaining control of one or more dogs at a time.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns.</li><li>Familiarity with kennel operations, pet sitting best practices, and animal care standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Have a reliable vehicle to drive to pets houses and transport dogs.</li><li>Embark on a fulfilling career where your love for animals fuels every day&rsquo;s adventure!
